Warmed right up from -33 to -19. Time to get more firewood in from the shed. Pleased with my progress over the last 2 days.
86.4 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

We just survived the Polar Vortex in Michigan and it was 53 degrees yesterday. Anyway - nice loss!

I wish. It got all the way up to -16. -26ish first for tonight. It's supposed to get cold Friday. :/

-27 going to -34 tonight Bruce...the airtight fireplace has been going non-stop and Charlie our dog is NOT impressed.
