Morning, increased this week 🤔but this could be down to water retention.( I hope )
1..been taking 5g of Optimum Nutrition Creatine daily ??
2.. been hitting the cross trainer daily -but my feet are really hurting.. got a feeling it’s cos I think I’ve been on my toes too much ..instead of just slightly lifting my heel off the machine ?🤔
Anyway a fresh week tomorrow so let’s see what that brings ? ..

84.5 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

if it is creatine monohydrate mate, it will be water, if I load properly I can gain 1.5kg in water, which good if you want the extra performance, if you don't want the water retention go for creatine ethyl ester.

Hi yeah it’s the Micronised Creatine Monohydrate -I’m unsure what’s good or bad in brands etc .. any advice would be great ...👍

If your uk based, my only real experience is with the brand "my protein" had no complaints and no reason to ever change. As long as it's got the stuff you want in, I cannot see you going really wrong. Probs stick with tabs maybe!? As I used powders....to make some pretty foul cocktails when I was stacking.
