Looking forward to this - and a little worried about the challenge too! But there are lots of sites, blogs, etc. with 'low calorie' meals for the fasting days (and although they're called 'fasting days', you still eat, just much less than normal!).
I'm looking forward to being able to enjoy some of my favourite foods on normal days, without having that diet guilt when I eat something disallowed.
Also, I'm watching out for fructose additives (glucose-fructose syrups, high fructose corn syrup, etc.). I've seen some interesting information linking these additives to weight gain, so I'm going to avoid it. This may be tough: it's in ketchup!
