Started treat free this week. This hasn't been very hard for me. Treats haven't been my weakness, it's been quantity. It will help hubby though. Still need to do more. Clearly I'm not doing enough yet.
Things I've improved: committed and going to an exercise class twice a week, I actually have the desire to change, and drinking plenty of water every day.
Things I'm going to do this week: track for 7 days straight! Even if I overeat.
