My ‘zonal dieting’ is sooo slow (1 naughty day, followed by 3 good day), May try ditching the naughty but Hey !!!!! Still Winning 😉😃
84.8 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
