Wow 7 stone 11 lbs and 4 oz another 1 lb 4 Oz n I definitely don't want to be loosing any more weight.. just my darn belly! How on Earth do I do that??!
49.6 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
