Adjustment time is here. Today I am reducing my calorie and protein goals in an attempt to slow or stop weight and body fat gains. The reasons for the gains are unknown by me. It may be because I recently stopped taking a medication at my doctor's direction.

Yesterday I ate at 104% of my old calorie goal, missed my old protein goal but met all activity goals. BF up .1% and is still out of range...
72.1 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Ditto to what Steven said. And the change in medication could certainly be part of it.
