Almost half way through boot camp - didn't have a great session today due to cramps 😑 but I can feel such a huge difference in my capabilities from day 1!!! 🤓 Doing 60kg deadlifs 💪and just so much more energy - genuinely loving it!!
93.9 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg.    Still to go: 25.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
