Ok a good loss again but I am having to work harder to get it, got a heavy week ahead two meals out and a roast lamb dinner at the weekend so need to set my expectations this week. Never mind officially lost 4 stone now. Hope you all have a good week!
83.0 kg Lost so far: 26.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks guys getting there, would like to lose another 1 & 1/2 stone, then will review if I need more want to be a realist about what is right for me.
