Decent week. Back to pre Christmas weight. Went back to gym once this week. first time since October and it was hell 😂 Need to build up my stamina back.. Planning to do 2 sessions this week. This week I also properly got back into fresh cooking and mindful eating routine and it feels good. Hoping to loose 1kg this week coming and sticking to around 1800kcal per day. Mentally I'm in a good place right now and hope it lasts. Meditation really helps and keeps me for over thinking. I have also set out daily skin care routine to avoid saggy skin and helps with cellulite. Daily dry body brushing and range of Mio products really makes a difference! And exercise, unfortunately it's a must.. wish I could skip this part 😂😂😂 My worst feature are my legs so that's where my focus is and I hope the spinning classes will make an impact. will find out in 3-4 weeks I suppose. Wish you all a great week ahead xx

That sounds like an amazing lifestyle to me. I'm trying to get hubby to try meditation but I'm picking my battles and focusing on his diet at the moment 😂 It's nice to know it works for others and I'm not fooling myself in to thinking it helps lol

Thanks Frankie! I have complicated relationship with my body so I am trying to control my mind.. I find that meditation helps me to get rid of negative thoughts and definitely helps me fall asleep! I am not looking at my journey as a diet but permanently amending my lifestyle and loosing weight is the side effect, which really helps me to keep going knowing that this is it and not that I need to do this for a while and get back to what I was doing before. However this is easier to say than do 😂😂 my mind has sometimes other ideas.. so that's my focus, keep my mind from destroying my body. I am sure you will do great in your journey! That’s awesome, well done! I have been using a body brush on my cellulite too, before I get in the shower and then using sanctuary salt scrub and Palmers Cocoa Butter moisturiser. I think it’s helping! 😃

That's great Angela! my main concern is avoiding loose skin as I have loads of weight to loose. i lost and kept off 20kg and so far so good. since i started the routine I for sure see difference in the cellulite and my skin feels so much softer too! Just need to keep at it and not get lazy 😂😂
