Yesterday I ate under goal, met my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up .2% but still in range. I'm encouraged that my body fat is still in range even though my weight is trending higher than my set goal but stable. If this trend continues, I plan to raise my set goal weight. I'm challenging myself to get it done...
71.0 kg Lost so far: 12.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

I think when we do it for ourselves we're more successful. And know that if we slip a tad, it's no biggie and just get going again.
