Lorneylorna's Journal, 11 Jan 19

So I had some nuts and felt rubbish after, so I will continue with my abstinence for now. I am at met BF's for lunch on Sunday and he feeds me like I am a 7' rugby player, I say don't put so much on my plate, it would appear he is deaf!! So I am hoping that I get less than 8 lamb steaks and half a paddy field of rice this time on my plate. Still, nice to be cooked for, I do appreciate it. I am changing my eating when I am on my training courses and hope that I have the mix right now, I usually feel a bit bloated as I eat GF bread, which is yucky stuff. So all home made fodder this time, see how it goes.

My BF tries to feed me up to. At least they’re trying to look after us lol. He’s getting better with portions now though! He’s 6’4” and I’m not! 😂

Haha my BF is tall and big built, eats like every meal is his last. I am just over 5'4, so my appetite and capacity is much less.
