Happy me! 😃😃😃 really want to maintain now although I don't mind hovering between about 7 stone 12 n a half & 8 stones 2 n a half!
50.8 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
