Ten days in a row and I'm still not in the "Blue" zone. I don't feel bad about it because I'm working towards getting my stats back inline. Yesterday was a lift day, Hallelujah!!! I took last week off. I ate under goal, met my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF down .3% and is back in range...
70.7 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
