Last week has gone good. I've been eating healthier snacks and more veggies and I've been losing some unhealthy cravings. I've definitely lost most of the desire to eat the huge quantity I was having before.
93.9 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 30.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
