Bit up and down on the scales at the moment, but it's just water fluctuations. I have been pretty careful over the last few days, ensuring I keep within my macros. I am still off the nuts and feel so much better for it, they seem to clog up my system a bit.

Been busy with my college placement stuff and preparing for my exams next week and the week after, so want to feel physically good, so all my concentration is on doing a good job! My only problem is that I do like to suck a square of chocolate when doing homework, no idea why, but it seems to focus me, I use 85% dark, so low on sugar. I have tried chewing gum, but it's not the same and sugar free sweets have an unfortunate affect (saying no more!!).

So I am feeling good, feeling focused and ready to knock them all dead🤞

Good luck with the exams, I'm sure all the hard work will pay off! I know exactly what you mean with the chocolate that's my main problem when relaxing watching TV after a busy day at work must try to break the habit 😂

Thank you Brandyem, I can only do my best, I have crammed my head with revision, so what will be will be. I just wonder if my chocolate habit will abate when I finish college end of May, I am curious lol.

I reckon it definitely will. My problem now is I've only just got in from work, don't feel like cooking because I'm too tired and now the local takeaway is calling me 🤣 maybe I am allowed one slip up 😕 just get right back on it tomorrow. I've promised myself I will cook batches of food at the weekend so then I can microwave at times like this. One off takeaway won't hurt, hopefully. 😀
