Ok so maybe not as good as normal, but I have found post Christmas had to get into, keep picking up the chocs on the way past! But back on it now, I have changed my target weight down an extra half stone, so two stone to go! Hope everyone is doing well, roll on the longer days.
85.7 kg Lost so far: 23.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
