Eighth day in a row out the "Blue" zone and my body fat is still out of range. I accept that I have not been able to get back on track as soon as I had hoped. I still believe I can recover faster than I did last year. Yesterday my late night snacking did me in again. I ate "Poorly" at 122% of my calorie goal, missed my protein goal but met all activity goals. BF up.1% and still out of range. Keepin' it 100%...
71.2 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
