Decided to shake myself up a little, so back on here to keep an eye in my intake. Got my usual peanut 🥜 obsession trying to scupper my efforts, but that's just normal for me haha. Wishing everyone on here success for 2019 xxx

Peanuts are my downfall. I try to be really deciplined with them and pour some into a little dish rather than eat them out of the packet

I have tried that, I eat the bowl full and then listen to those little kernels shouting to me from the bag. I just need to not buy them in the first place. I know my trigger, it's tiredness, I just have to clock out of work and get the heck out of there (supermarket) without shopping, worked so far this week. I don't need to worry about the weight now, but my general wellbeing and how my body feels, peanuts, or any nuts, don't make me feel good afterwards.

Have you tried almond butter(looks like peanut butter) taste great but harder to eat than peanuts as not so sweet.

Yes, used to use almond butter, but I still munched it like it was going out of fashion!

Ha ha...I am a peanut addict too:) If I resist not buying them for say 3 days, the 4th day I'll go mad:)) Hard to munch on just a few. Salty snacks have always been my downfall.
