Ok happy with that as it's been 🤶 I have been much better than I would be before being aware of the calories, but still had some treats. Just New year now will be a bit of treating myself tonight, and a big roast tomorrow but I feel I have earnt that. Hope you all have an amazing New year's eve, see you all in 2019
