That was this morning's weight post Christmas carb debacle that stayed mostly within calories. Had an awesome time with family. I was this Hugh a couple of weeks ago. Tomorrow morning should see a change. The plan is in place. Lean gains, leaning toward keto, with a 24 hour fast twice a week. Hitting it hard for three weeks, then off to visit dad at the end of January for a few days.
