Yesterday was a lift day and it started well. Then last night I got the munchies. The result was that I ate "Poorly" at a whopping 135% of goal for the day. I exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up .4% and is out of range. 11 more days until Christmas. The holiday season is just starting. I'm expecting some body fat gains later so I'm going to take care of this now...
70.9 kg Lost so far: 13.0 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

And I repeat.... I so envy your control. If I had minimal blips like you, I'd still probably weigh 165. Well done my friend.
