Up a bit. I've been back in the 34" jeans for over a month. 5 days away over Christmas. 2 of them (travel days) will be fasting. An easy way to keep in check while enjoying myself.
84.6 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
