Yesterday, we got a foot of snow that forced us to stay in the house. I ate "Poorly" at 118% of goal, missed my protein goal but met my activity goals. BF down .1% I'm surprised by the drops. I am still recovering from my last workout. Today I will workout with shovel, driveway and snow...
