Yesterday I was happy to be back in the "Blue." Today is a different story. I ate at 109% of goal, missed my protein goal but met all activity goals. BF up .2% and at upper goal limit.
70.9 kg Lost so far: 13.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
