Good loss again, mind you this cold weather is making me hungry any advice?
92.1 kg Lost so far: 17.2 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I agree! This time of year our body craves carbs to insulate us. Unfortunately, because we want to lose weight, we need to find alternatives to keep us warm. Low carb soup and one pot meals might help with the comfort side of things. Just remember that you’ll need to burn off the calories you eat in order to lose weight... such a great incentive for me lol 😘
