Yesterday I ate "Poorly" again but not due to late night snacking. I treated myself with a gyro sandwich for lunch. It was tasty but too many carbs vs protein. Dinner was early. We tried out chicken wings in our new air fryer. They were really good and crispy. I did not miss the breading at all. I went to bed late last night because I was busy paste waxing the floor in the den. Although, it was Sunday and I didn't get in a lot of steps; it was a fairly active day. I missed my protein goal but met all activity goals. Amazingly, I'm back in the Blue zone this morning and my body fat percentage is back under 20%. BB down .5%
70.5 kg Lost so far: 13.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
