Had a takeaway last night. keema rice and mixed tikka grill. and a full garlic naan. also pint of hobgoblin gold. so went over calorie intake by about 650 cals weight does what it always does after eating a takeaway which is pile on for a couple of days. Asked doc about it and she says it's just water retention. So even after weight gain i feel good. Fat content at 19%
