Carbs last night. Oats for breakfast. Weight might rise a bit, but the alternate day fasting is probably the easiest way of management I've found. 24 hours with an evening meal let's me sleep properly. 2 days of maintenance for the weekend.
84.8 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
