Wow that is one of those days that will come and bite you on the bum. I ate well, so shouldn't have lost that, but another day I will do it all right and some and the scales won't move. So a bit of a fluke, but I'll take it. Was a very stressy day, so perhaps that's why, see what happens tomorrow.
