Thank you to everyone for the happy birthday wishes. Yesterday I ate over goal, did not meet my protein goal but met my activity goals. BF up .1%
70.5 kg Lost so far: 13.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Thanks Steven!!! My birthday followed by Halloween is my start to the holiday season. No worries, at sixty-six I'm feeling BLESSED!!!

Great news John, I feel the same way too!! My better half's B-day was today...a Halloween baby back "29 years and holding", LOL. We got to see all the kids and grandkids in their costumes earlier today, then went out for a nice meal with friends...lots to be grateful for.
