This is the first time out the "Blue" zone since August 16th. I ate at 108% of goal, missed my protein goal but met all activity goal. BF up .5%
70.9 kg Lost so far: 13.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
