My wife is back and I'm not stuck with eating my own cooking. Hallelujah!!! Yesterday I ate under goal, missed my protein goal but met all activity goals.. BF down .3%
69.8 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Do you eat better with her at home? I eat a lot better, when my husband is working far away (less calories). I miss him a lot though 😁

Yeah, I missed her terribly and I think I do. When she is doing the cooking, I eat much more of a variety of foods. Most of my cooking is on the grill and frozen veggies. She's a good cook and can prepare most anything. I never noticed it before I started paying attention to what I eat but she eats a very clean diet with excellent portion control. Now I'm always asking her to make my plate like hers...
