A small drop, but a drop non the less! I'll take it given that I over-indulged on Monday and went out on a works meal out on Friday night. This week I ate between 1600-2000 on average and did 5k power walkes 3 times and one boxing session. I will try to keep my calories this week below 1800 and the same exercise. Getting closer to my mini target for October. 😁 Have a great week ahead everyone xx
