Morning everyone
Slight increase, but still working hard at gym - PT doesn’t seem over concerned..
things doing different
1 .. more meal structure ( 6 meals a day )
2.. around 3-4 litres of water
3.. started taking BCAAS
4.. 3 weeks on taking creatine ( from applied nutrition) not sure what to expect or if a good one.. anyone with any advice on the subject..

85.3 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.3 kg a Week
