Thanks @adefwebserver, the last 10 minutes of the drive was brutal as I started to see double vehicles and then luckily it was time to get off the highway and my office is only a few turns from the exit. Thanks @Scalewatcher3 it has but I got my eyes on the prize and I survived "pool night" -- I ended going out and made my goal of being under 100 grams of carbs for the night which I am happy for. I was in control.
