Called out sick last night due to a house emergency I have to address today. Today is my pool night but I will tell I can't come and I don't have to explain it to my buddies.

Why am I denying myself fun and good times with my friends? I am strengthening my discipline muscle by focusing on my health goals at the moment.

Guess what the feedback from my scale was this morning? Awesomeness!!! (213.2) Not logging it in FS today because my tomorrow's weight will be lower.

I'm slipping a little, the repair man is hours behind. The splash of merlot at 3 pm, oh no. Ok, get it together. Keep it under 95 grams of carbs and I should be ok. Pray for me. It has been a great week and then I walked into the house to 2 screaming fire alarms last night. Someone toss some water on me like in the airplane movies

you need to work off some of the excess energy and slow down your cravings you got some weights or something to work with

Stay strong! I plan to lift today and should not go for a run, but I have to wait 6 hours for @PrincessValerie to get home from work so we can go to the gym. So... 6 hours... I may start hitting the Protein shakes out of 'boredom'. I think I am going to end up going for a run anyway... :)
