Morning everyone, well this a head spinner .. my PT has done a meal planner ( 6 meals a day ) to help with building muscle - when I’m only use to 3 at a push .. gives me structure he says .. so a lot to take in so I’m hoping in time it will all make sense at present tho eating a lot more so I’m going to gain ..

85 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

If you give 100% every time in the gym Your body will need each and every one of those 6 well balanced meals Resulting in loss of body fat and gains of lean muscle = overall weight loss Believe in ur PT Good Luck m8
