Oops. Forgot to post this earlier. Hey guys, look up autophagy and fasting on YouTube. Dr. Boz. Quite interesting. It explains why some people lose weight and have loose skin and others don't. It also explains the effectiveness of fasting and intermittent fasting diets for brain health.

Oh I have to watch that. The loose skin issue is worrying. LMAO! Losing weight is our goal, of course, but .... sagging skin ... I really don't want to see that.
