A couple weeks ago I started increasing my calorie intake by increments of 100 calories. I increased twice for a total of 200 calories. Yesterday I decreased my calorie goal by 50 calories. I ate barely under my new goal, met my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF down .3%
69.7 kg Lost so far: 14.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
