Arrrgh... closest I’ve been tempted to miss a weigh in this morning as struggling to break the 170lb barrier but have done well with the plan so I will stick with it and perhaps drop to 1700 calories to see if that will help ❤️🐝x

@Fio...absolutely my friend...and less stress...I’ve been hovering above 170lbs for 10 days about the same amount time it took me to get my youngest ready for his first year at University 😂🤣😂...and that with the dog being poorly as well ....it has just been crazy....carbs have gone up slightly but protein remains steady...so a small rebalance needed.....now the chicks have flown (at least for now) it should be hopefully smoother sailing....all steam ahead for the big trip to Shanghai and Japan...I am so excited 😆 😆 😆 ❤️🐝x

Oooooo - that sounds like the trip of a lifetime... so jealous I'm greener than the "submit" button. Hahaha! :D How long are you going for? You gotta take a billion pictures... and post pictures of all the food you try! :D Hope your little canine girl feels better soon, and your stress levels goes down... might not help with the weight, but less grapes and more Cadbury's Dairy Milk will help there. :D

@Fio....yes more chocolate sounds perfect but I am going to resist....somethings in life you might get desperate for but you know they will lead you down the path to doom and destruction....I will resist on this plane and live a life of excess on the other 😈😈 😈 ...15 days on that trip of which three will be spent in Osaka and Keyoto and the rest in Shanghai.....don’t worry I will thoroughly bombard you with photo 😂🤣😂 ❤️🐝x
