This is basically a recap of this past week. My activity has been way up this week. I hit the gym 3 days this week and had to do a huge cleanup in the yard because if the tornado. I lifted enough wood to equal a gym workout. I feel good about the results I see in the mirror this morning and I'm grateful I had the energy to get things done. I upped my calorie intake earlier this week and plan to up it another 100 calories.

Yesterday was an unusual eating day. I had a good breakfast before heading to the gym. I washed up and immediately went to my favorite Asian buffet for a dinner like lunch. I ate mostly snacks for dinner. I ate at 105% of goal and met all activity goals. BF up .1%
68.4 kg Lost so far: 15.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
