Yesterday I spent the day cleaning up from the tornado damage. I burned plenty of calories and it felt like a gym day. I ate at 108% of goal, met my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF down .6%
68.7 kg Lost so far: 15.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
