What happened you sounded so positive then nothing for 4 months are you ok

I fell and hurt myself & ended up on crutches & went into a bad depression. When I'm depressed I eat. I need a hip rebuild but my surgeon says they can't operate on me as the size I am it could kill me. The bigger I got the more depressed I got & the more I ate. Now I'm back in the right frame of mind to help myself. If I want to walk properly again I need to loose weight. That's a great motivator.

I do feel your pain. I am in similar situation, I need a knee replacement, also my back hurts a lot. I am emotional eater myself. Take care of yourself! 😉
