I decided that I need to increase my calorie goal until I stop loosing weight. I plan to increase by increments of 100 calories. I'm thinking that it will help fuel my workouts and muscle development. Also I think it will make it easier to hit my daily protein goal.

Yesterday I ate under goal and hit all activity goals. BF down .1%

What brand of scale do you use?

I agree; I seem to do better with a few more calories in my system. When I lower it too much, my body starts to hoard every little gram I eat.

Oh, be sure to track that - we'd love to see some type of graphical representation after-the-fact!

remember multiple feedings throughout the day don't let let your body turn the additional calories to stored fat.

Thanks everyone, I plan to take it slow. My goal is to still reduce body fat. Maintenance continues...

@Scalewatcher, I use a Weight Watchers scale I purchased from Bed, Bath and Beyond. I don't like it as much as the Tanita it replaced.

@John Thx for the information. I've been wanting a scale that will give me my body fat %. However, after my visit to the dentist, and to buy some new glasses the scale purchase will have to wait.
