I'm going to be doing my own cooking for awhile because my wife has been called out of town. Yesterday was the first day and I didn't handle it very well. I ate two meals of fast food. My micro goals were not met. I ate "Poorly" at 114% of calorie my goal and did not meet my protein goal. I did meet all activity goals. BF up .1%
69.9 kg Lost so far: 14.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
