Morning everyone, been 2 weeks since last weigh in .. happy with the loss .. back to gym but not done any cardio .. just weights 🤔
1.. water intake back to 3 litres
2 .. trying to be good - but I’ve such a sweet tooth ..
3.. got a PT from next week .. so looking forward but a little nervous.. so hopefully get a nice toned physique ...eventually..😀

84.4 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don’t worry just put a 100% in to the gym, eat the best you can and your body will let you get away with a few indulgences
