I avoid this bit for good reason. I've put on 6lbs I'm not a happy bunny...

Before I beat myself up, the steps I'm taking ie bought an exercise glider (x-cross trainer) machine, body shaper, exercise ball, thigh trimmer n stomach crunching machine, plus yoga n pilates

I want to try n lose 7lbs or to at least break even over the next 2-3 wks😯
108.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 25.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 3.2 kg a Week
