having such a struggle im so good then see weight go down i go off track. my belly hurts i feel so down. im going to start and try again today. not weigh for a week. no wine. meals planned just hope i can break this habit i know its not only making me gain wright but i feel so unhealthy

We've all been there. We've all done it to ourselves and we will again. The trick is to try to reduce the frequency of binges. I'm very good at going into instant amnesia mode where I forget how I will feel after a binge. I probably need a Polaroid camera to start living my life Memento style.
