Yesterday I ate most of my calories early in the day. I wish I could follow the old saying, "Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper" most days. I ate under goal and met all activity goals. BF down .3%

I too wish I ate as you stated. I need to change my mindset of a large supper being a comforting reward after a long day.
